Scope of work

Work is defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with you before it begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

Fees and billing

Retainers are billed monthly in advance and run month to month after an initial three-month period. One-time projects are billed as set out in the proposal. Third-party costs such as tooling, paid placements and advertising spend are billed at cost.

Results

Search rankings are determined by third-party search engines. Serpenza LLC commits to the agreed scope of work and to transparent reporting, but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.

Ownership

Deliverables produced for you become yours on payment. Accounts and properties set up for you remain in your ownership.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the agreement.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice after the initial period. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
